Designed and built by POTN's own TMR Design, this is a very well made unit that is even better than the Canon model in many ways, especially with it's ability to be extended using a standard 1/8" stereo headphone extension cable. With a 25 foot extension, this switch is still less expensive than the Canon RS-80N3 alone, and Canon charges an additional $75 for their extension cable alone.

Button works just like the shutter release on your camera: Half press for focus, fully depress for shutter release, fully depress and slide forward to lock for long or continuous exposures.
