For best fitment, measure your chest or use your jacket size, and add 5-6" inches of clearance for filling the pockets with gear. For example, if you have a 48" chest, the 53.5" XL would probably be the best fit. Don't forget to check the hem measurement to make sure you have enough room around your waist.
