I have the strap for a couple of months now, and its a great relieve compared to the Canon OEM strap, I use the strap with my Canon EOS 450D in combination with a BG-E5 battery grip and a Canon EF-S 18-200mm lens.
There are rubber nods on the strap for an extra grip and its a delight to walk with the camera, one of the things you need to buy when you have a DSLR is this strap!
