Most orders on in stock items are shipped within 24 hours by US Postal Service.
In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified within 24 hours and will have the option of backordering the item or obtaining a full refund for the out of stock items.
Returns are permitted within 14 days of purchase. The following rules apply:
RMA # required for all returns
Items must be returned in as new condition with all packaging materials intact
Special order items are not returnable
Unless an item is defective, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund
Shipping charges are not refundable
